Pilates Mat Class
Pilates Mat Classes are taught by Pilates instructor Natasha Ratcliffe (Polestar Pilates). In this class you will learn about your body whilst improving strength, stability and flexibility in a safe and effective manner.
Private sessions (1:1 or Duet) are the ultimate tailored workout. They are designed specifically to suit your goals, your needs and your schedule. The session is based on the Mat Pilates repertoire with use of small equipments. Can be arranged in the comfort of your own home or at the Body Pilates studio.
